Processing Time Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 6–15 business days depending on your location and the supplier's fulfillment timeline.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages ChicCircle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ChicCircle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
